Winter Farm-to-Table Dinner

$195Following our sold-out Fall Farm Dinner, we are gathering once again to celebrate the season and honor the late Fall harvest this Saturday, December 4th from 4:30 to 8:30 PM with an unforgettable five-course fine dining experience with Chef Cade Conlon of Blackwood Educational Land Institute and Longspoon Catering & Education.
The evening will begin with a walk through the fields to appreciate the wonders of the 🌿 elder tree with a tasting of our delicious elderberry goods, followed by a 🔥 fireside reception with 🍷 wine education and tasting. 🍝 Then, we sit down for five phenomenally inspired dishes ranging from the first course’s anise hyssop cavatelli to the final course’s Point Reyes mousse and persimmon gelée. Vegetarian menu available upon request. The dinner will have both indoor and outdoor seating options, with our indoor option in our spacious Gathering Hall with the windows open. Dinner tickets are $195 per person and include wine and tax. Proceeds from Blackwood Living events support the non-profit educational mission of Blackwood Educational Land Institute.
