February 10, 2018 – Seasonal Nutrition Garden Exploration with Rebecca Verm

Explore the importance of seasonal eating as it relates to health and nutrition. We will discuss what produce  is currently available at local farms and farmers markets as well as how to prepare simple, delicious meals. The class will take a tasting tour of the Blackwood Kitchen Garden in order to better experience all the flavors the current season has to offer. 

March 3, 2018 – Fun(ctional) Nutrition for Health, Longevity and Vitality with Natalie Forster

Natalie Forster is a Registered Dietitian with an innate focus on the principles of functional nutrition and yoga to promote health, longevity and vitality. This interactive workshop will cover lifestyle nutrition and mindful breathing concepts along with tips & tricks on how to easily and sustainably apply them to your life.
